- Ask your local home care company if they participate in the Caregiver Quality Assurance program and if not, ask them what type of tools they use to evaluate attitudes, personality and behavioural traits of their applicants. We use an industry leading computer based assessment taken by each applicant, prior to their interview, to assess honesty, reliability, and their strengths and weaknesses
- Thorough interview process: applicant must demonstrate a genuine concern and respect for seniors
- Each applicant must submit: a clean criminal background check and child abuse registry, and a clear driving abstract
